Your detector connected to your router correctly but was unable to connect to our servers.
Try again by following these instructions:
- Make sure you’re connected to a personal router. Institutional or business routers often have settings preventing the connection.
- If it’s a personal router, unplug it, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
- Get closer to the router.
- Make sure you’re using the right password for your Wi-Fi network.
- Go back to Step 2 of the installation process, Wi-Fi Network, and enter your Wi-Fi password again.
- Follow the steps to continue the installation process and try again.
- You’ll hear an audio signal from your phone. Count the number of times the detector beeps after the audio signal. This indicates the connection status.
