6 Beeps Error

Your detector connected to your router correctly but was unable to connect to our servers.

Try again by following these instructions:
  1. Make sure you’re connected to a personal router. Institutional or business routers often have settings preventing the connection.
  2. If it’s a personal router, unplug it, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
  3. Get closer to the router.
  4. Make sure you’re using the right password for your Wi-Fi network.
  5. Go back to Step 2 of the installation process, Wi-Fi Network, and enter your Wi-Fi password again.
  6. Follow the steps to continue the installation process and try again.
  7. You’ll hear an audio signal from your phone. Count the number of times the detector beeps after the audio signal. This indicates the connection status.
