The detector did not hear the signal

If your detector doesn’t beep at all or beeps 2 times after you hear the audio signal from your phone, then it didn’t hear the signal properly.

Try again by following these instructions:
  1. If there’s a case on your phone, remove it.
  2. Reduce ambient noise.
  3. Place your phone speaker right on the small openings on top of the detector so they’re touching.
  4. Count the number of times the detector beeps after the audio signal. This indicates the connection status.
